"Quick. Easy. Tasty and very impressive. I served with a ramakin of rice turned out upside down on the plate. It looked and tasted restaurant quality! even if i do say so myself!!!!"

"Fantastic recipe. It was really easy to make, tasted really good. I put half of the spring greens & broccoli, then added 1 leek. The advice for more pesto was a good one. A real hit in my household. The gravy could do with a bit of thickening, I shall remember for next time....."

"It is perfect for lunch with a friend. So easy, looked fantastic and tasted great too. I didn't serve with potaoes just some warm crusty bread on the side. Brilliant!"
