Leek, mushroom & Gruyère quiche

"Used the above ingredients; added some chives I had sitting in the fridge and half a cup of milk with half the cream stated above (low fat option!). Perfect! Oh and I put in half a teaspoon of Mustard in the pastry mixture for a little kick. I just customised with things I had in fridge :o)"

"I made it for a dinner party and followed al the recommendations suggested above. I didnt have any sour cream so I put in 3-4 tbsp of lemon juice and some cream. It tasted just as good. I baked it earlier in the day, and just before serving I warmed it through and served it with Ice cream-It was fantastic! Definately will make it again!"

"I made this cake after craving chocolate and it was great!!! However, when I took it out of the oven the inner part of the cake fell through leaving the sides in tact :o( Why? ...Nevertheless, it was yummy!"
