"A really great marinade. I used pork tenderloin fillet and had it with potatoes au gratin and peas. I am definately going to use this marinade on chicken, it would be great for the bbq - lovely on a spatchcock chicken. Would also be good with "hunters chicken" - bbq sauce, chicken breasts wrapped in bacon and grated cheese on top. Easy to make, and mix the night before and then keep in the fridge."

"Excellent recipe, i use it all the time now. Its a hit with my boyfriend as he loves crispy chips! Dont miss out the par-boiling part, and this makes them slightly soft round the edges so you can shake them and rough them up to make them extra crunchy! Also its takes me at least double the time in the oven to cook too even on Gas Mark 9. But well worth the effort. I use olive oil too and season with sea salt and black pepper before shaking onto the baking tray."

"I was a little disappointed with this recipe, tastes too sweet and the consistency is very similar to soup. I did water it down slightly but was afraid of over doing it. If someone gets the sugar measurements correct, please let me know. I wasnt sure how many coriander seeds to put in, so i added a teaspoon."
