"it was nice and simple - i tried to adap this recipe for one but i don't think it worked incredible well as there was no juices to speak of at the end, but nice enough though..."

"i personally have not cooked this recipe yet - i have it in my folder waiting - but my friend did when i went to hers for dinner and it is delicious. looked so easy to cook as well. It was quite sweet but still delicious."

"Loved this recipe. As i am only one of me and this serves four i divided all the ingredients by four and rounded the numbers up. it was delicious but my goodness what a big portion just for me. will definitely make it again though. "
