"this was a really nice recipe... the only trouble i had was to buy a tin of salmon thatwas not de-boned so spent ages taking all the little bones out and it did not leave me with much salmon!! i too will cook a salmon fillet next timeand flake that... it was also really easy to make it just for one person... i just cooked however much i felt i needed and adaptedit form there...."

"i have never teried gnocchi before but this recipe is delicious!!! wil definitely cook this again and i am planning to freeze the leftovers for another day!!! i did add a little bit more water to the recipe as i felt it looked a little dry but it worked well!!!"

"it was nice and simple - i tried to adap this recipe for one but i don't think it worked incredible well as there was no juices to speak of at the end, but nice enough though..."
