"great great recipe! i used 3 small normal onions as has no spring onions only half the butter and oil, and 4 cloves of garlic! no wine, just veg stock. extremely tasty dish have passed the recipe onto friends! delish!!! so easy and simple"

"used two large courgettes, no olives, 1 tspn of dried parsley - could have added more. added extra stock as cooking, so used over a litre, but absorbed all. and by mistake - had no peas so used mixed frozen veg - carrots peas sweetcorn, LOVELY! really really tasty. made four good sized portions. will make again."

"have made this dish a few times. have cut down the time by mixing all the sauce together and simmering-rather than doing seperate as previously done. still tastes as good. used different colour peppers. freezes well too"

"delicious and easy!!!!! full of the gorgeous lemon flavour! a hit all round, and doesnt take long. will make again and maybe try and orange version. yum!"
