"I made this tonight for my boyfriend and it was gorgeous! The meat was so tender it just fell apart and I, never a fan of pork before, have fallen in love with it. The only problem was the source, ours at first smelled horrible and then caramalised. I will certainly be making this again even though it did took a while to cook it was well worth it. I might try to glaze the pork in the last 20 mins when it's on high with some BBQ source. "
