"Hi HeidiK Why don't you try crushing Boudoir Finger biscuits, they are just as light and crumbly but don't have the strong amaretto taste. Or if you're feeling skinny, just use any biscuits you do like eating :-) "

"Really yummy. Have done this twice now - the pearl barley really makes it. Whizzing up some of the veg made the soup nice and thick with lovely chunky bits in as well. Lovely on a cold, rainy day. "

"Really delicious, so easy to make - I have made a few times now. I also add a bit of chopped bacon to the courgettes and onion. Not as heavy as the traditional lasagne, but still very tasty."
