"I followed the recipe for the Salmon wrapped with Pancetta. I made this in my Sharp Microwave/Convection Fan Oven and it turned out succulent and tasty. Instead of using boiled new potates, I did jacket potatoes in my Microwave/Convection Oven. I scrubbed Maris Piper potatoes, pricked them all over with a fork, then rubbed butter and salt into the potatoes and baked them on the rack until golden with crispy skin (about one hour). We liked this recipe so much, we had it twice in one week! The second time, we had Nigella L's mash (with nutmeg, butter and cream, mmm). A great dish for entertaining!"
