"I used leftover lamb from the Sunday Roast. Really quick healthy recipe to make after work on a monday . I added some mushrooms and used tin tomatoes. My husband thinks it the best curry he has ever tasted which is praise indeed . "

"made this last last year and it was the best Christmas cake i have ever made ,it was very simple ,cooked perfectly and tasted lovely. All of my family loved it particularly as it was so moist.Did not put in any mixed peel as we don`t like it , i used a few chopped apricots and extra cherries instead.Just about to make one for this Christmas."

"I also left out the curry powder, fennel ,orange and lemon as not to our taste .I cooked it in my slow cooker transfering it to the oven to cook the topping. Made it with some local farm pork from our village it was delicious and a huge hit for a family meal ,enjoyed by my 83 year old mum and my 2 year old grandaughter alike."
