"A great dish! The harissa paste has such a nice flavour! Added some finely chopped peppers, cucumber, coriander and a squeeze of lime to the cous cous to take away the blandness. "

"A good recipe but as mentioned by a few people it needs a little adapting. Less water and careful with the amount of raisins otherwise it becomes too sweet. Would definitely make again as a mid week meal."

"Very good! I was hesitant as to how good this would be. Letting it rest for the last ten mins is so important! Was surprised that this was down to feed 4! Iâd say more like 6!"

"Great mid week meal or as an additional dish for a bbq. I have this at least once a week. i tend to use fresh spinach and wilt it in hot water then squeeze the excess out. A great addition to this is to add some fried holoumi and mushrooms! i know its not healthy but it tastes great! "
