Chorizo, pork belly & chickpea casserole

"Two 4 star comments before this surprise me. I found this a really superb recipe - very simple and economical. Most of the fat on the belly pork has disolved with the slow cooking, although using shoulder might well suit some rather better The result was absolutely delicious and enjoyed by all who sat down to it. I didn't use chickpeas 'cos I don't like them and this didn't take away from the enjoyment."

"Quick, easy and absolutely delicious. Thoroughly recommended in all respects which typifies the quality of so many recipes from 'Olive' magazine. Visually dress it up a bit and it would make a first class dinner party dish with minimal effort. Served with new potatoes and french beans."

Green beans with griddled tomatoes

"Excellent side dish which complimented a smaked haddock dish perfectly. Slightly heavy on the olive oil, but not too much to spoil it. As far as prep and cooking is concerned, easier than an easy thing!"
