"A nice meal for a quick and low-fat dish. I added tomato as per Tora (top idea) and cashew nuts to the above which work very well. I also didn't steam the broccoli before mixing it in to the shallots etc but placed it on top of the shallots, chilli and garlic with a cover to sweat them until just cooked. Worked very well even if I do say so myself :) "
