"The oyster sauce was too much for me, next time I'd use 2tbl instead of 4, and I'd use 4 tbl soy sauce instead of 2....other than that it was a lovely quick and easy meal."

"I made this last night for my boyfriend and he loved it, said it was the tastiest fish he'd ever ate, I fried my salmon as I had other stuff in the oven, and served with baby potatoes roasted with sundried tomatoes, it was beautiful. "
