"took advise from other comments - extra paste and used fresh veg - also so had it on nan with plain yogurt - yum"

"first lot were a nightmare - make sure you leave them in the fridge to firm up - also so dont buy expensive beef -they tend to fall to pieces on the bbq - cheeper beef has fatty pieces in it, holds them together better"
