"a very tasty 'rice' dish. surprisingly rich and filling. added loads of peas and prawns for colour and interest. I'm usually a bit suspicious of dishes that combine meat with fish - but this one turned out great! great cold with salad the next day too..."

"indulgent cheesy, creamy, comforting pasta at its very (naughty) best. will use creme fraiche next time, though the cream is fab for a special treat! so easy, so tasty. great!"
