"adore this flapjack - i usually make it up as I go along. Tan Tan - it sounds like you used too much butter, it shouldn't be too wet when its in the saucepan - add more oats and sugar? This may stop the soggy greasiness. "

"a very tasty 'rice' dish. surprisingly rich and filling. added loads of peas and prawns for colour and interest. I'm usually a bit suspicious of dishes that combine meat with fish - but this one turned out great! great cold with salad the next day too..."
