"Neither me or my husband are a fan of prawns but we loved this recipe. I made the sauce in advance so it could just be heated through with the prawns at the last minute. Perfect when you have two small kids and very little time. I have made this with pasta adding black olives and a chopped red pepper to the sauce. Also good with crusty bread and salad."
