"We loved this recipe! Made this tonight for tea, couldn't find chipotle paste in Tesco (we don't have a Waitrose locally) so used as some other reviewers suggested dried chilli and loads of smoked paprika. We also used chicken thighs instead of breast as we prefer the taste of thigh meat. Would definitely make it again! "

"Both me and my partner really enjoyed this. We only had two chicken thighs so bulked out the stew with a couple of sausages and some smoked bacon. Like another reviewer suggested we used rice instead of pearled spelt. I cooked it on the hob instead of the oven but it needed more liquid adding to make sure it didn't dry out or stick. Would make again. "

"Yummy! I made these last week for a chinese meal were having. I agree with Frantic Flapjack they were huge. We had them as a starter along with the chinese ribs, next time I'll fold each sheet of filo in half and make smaller ones which would be better for a starter. My partner is usually a spring roll hater (no idea why) and he really enjoyed these. Will definately make again! "

"These ribs were very tasty! I made them for friends last week and got great feedback, I cooked in the oven rather than grilled because other things were in too. Worked really well and dead easy! "

"Great as a quick tea for the middle of the week, had finished eating only 30 minutes after starting to cook it! I added green beans and only used 1 carrot, may try adding a little chilli next time. "
