"I made this Cheesecake at home yesterday, following the method to the T... Got my cheesecake out of the over after 40 minutes, as it had all browned on the top and I was worried about it burning. Let the cheesecake to cool for over an hour, as I removed it from the tin it feel apart... I donât know where I went so wrong. The centre wasnât cook at all, but If I left it any longer it would of burnt... Really disappointed "

"Didnât read the instructions correctly. Assumed I already knew what needed to be done. Half way through cooking I discovered I was doing it totally wrong. I cooked meatballs in an, when cooked mushrooms in the same pan. It still turned out very nice. Next time I will double up on sauce "
