Easy risotto with bacon & peas

"Very easy to make I halved the ingredients to make it for just two and it worked really well. I had to add a little more water to ensure the rice was just right and I used some gratted cheddar rather than parmesan and it all worked well. Will be using this one again."

"I did this for a relatively quick Saturday night dinner it was so simple to make and everyone loved the sauce after it thickned slightly. I didn't add chili flakes but added coriander seasoning to my sauce and to the cous cous and it worked really well. I also added a little more ginger and garlic to provide some more flavour and it worked out really well. So simple and so tasty will definately be making this again."

Chocolate crunch bars

"I made these for my sister as a well done for passing her 1st year at university. Personally I felt that the dark chocolate made it far to rich and would recommend using half milk and half dark chocolate. I made mine with Maltesers and crunchie and found that the marshmallows did melt a little too much so I'd recommend leaving the chocolate mixture to cool for longer than the recipe suggests but other than that it all turned out really well."

"It worked really well however I did top up the water in the pan whilst cooking as it seemed to be absorbed very quickly. I also cooked the frozen spinach and added it later in the recipe. Very tasty "
