"fantastic cake and so easy to bake. made my own jaffa filling so it tastes even better, just like a jaffa biscuit now. used the juice of two oranges sweetended with one tablespoon of sugar until disolved and used two tablespoons of shreadless marmalade from marks and spencers. used arrowroot to thicken it up . split the cake in two and spread the mixture in between the layers. voila! jaffa cake !! so much better. everyone enjoys it more now. drizzled green and blacks dark choc over the top to finish it off."

"having three chocoholics in the household i am always looking for new rescipes and these hit the spot. i didn't have any problems with the white chocolate and would certainly bake them again. already printed out the rescipe for three people and only made them yesterday!. i rate these next to gary rhodes bourbon biscuits. so if you really enjoy your choc try the bourbons next, you wont be disapointed. alot of messing around but OUT OF THIS WORLD. these are good to tide you over though."

"fantastic pie, wouldn't change anything but i was a bit confused when it came to making the pastry. it said 1 icing sugar. didn't know if it meant 1oz or what so i put i tablespoon in and it worked. pastry was nice crisp and buttery. it did make one large one and one small one. ate the small one hot and still waiting for the large one to cool!! if we can wait that long. will use pastry again for other sweet dishes. excellent pie."
