Ultimate lemon meringue pie

"I recently made some delicious tangy lemon curd - does anyone know if I could use this for the filling?? Don't see why it shouldn't work, but not sure about heating it up to bake the meringue?"

Wholemeal spinach & potato pies

"Couldn't wait and just had one hot out of the oven. REALLY delicious but the pastry needed salt and couldn't get hold of suet as I live in Italy so used frozen grated butter instead. Also added a dash of cumin and after tasting them, would have liked a bit more. Didn't read the recipe properly and put all the cheese inside which thinking about it, may be why the pastry seemed to need salt. "

"Totally delicious. I cut it in half, have frozen the other half as it's quite big and I don't want to get fed up with it. I also pushed some smashed up walnuts in the batter just as it was going into the oven and they worked a treat. Only thing is the icing was quite runny, I'll be more careful adding the orange juice next time."
