"Unfortunately, the only watercress I could find didn't look too tasty so tried this with a bag of variety lettuce. Still, a delicious salad that offers something different. Went down well at the bbq and I will for sure make again."

"5 deserved stars! I'm not always a fan of baked cheesecake but this one is a cut above. Made it for a party and the guests were begging for more. Even had to give away my print out of the recipe! Next time I will add a few more whole raspberries to the finished product."

"Yummo! I took on board the other comments and added a little cornflour to the sauce. The sauce is so delicious next time I will make 1.5x the sauce. A very easy dish that looks extra special."

"Very tasty salad! I made 1.5x the recipe and served at a bbq. It's important to cut the avocado at the last minute otherwise it will start to turn brown while waiting to be served. I will definitely make again, next time with a little less spring onion. "

"I also made the recipe for a bbq (used drumsticks and thighs) after marinating overnight. Perhaps my limes weren't the tastiest because I thought the dish could have done with a little more flavour! I'm very interested to know how much garlic should be used though as I would make again adding more than one clove of garlic."
