    "Going to make this for the Girls next Wednesday the 11th. Thinking of using 2 packs of the Mediterranean Tomatoe instant rice that cooks for 2 mins in the microwave and lightly fying some different vegatables, then mix it altogether. I think that will be alot easier. Will let you all know how I get on. "

    "This receipe was really tasty. I added a splash of milk, fried mushrooms and Goats cheese with Chives, as well as leeks to the potato. Also while I was mixing the pototoes I buttered the skins, sprinkled with Rock salt and put them in the Oven. Really nice and crispy. Served with lightly warmed baby tomatoes. Idealy for a light super. "

    "Looked at the recipe, Broad Beans I cooked separately as 3 minutes is not enough for Frozen Beans. The chicken I did in the oven with olive oil and lemon as I'm so scared of food poisoning. But otherwise my other half loved it but I agree with Rusty, a bit bland and needed garlic and mushrooms to lift the whole dish, like Leah mentioned. Will do my own version next time. :-) "

    "I used Prosciutto instead of Bacon and Cream Cheese Light instead of Goats Cheese. Served with Mediterranean rice and it was yummy :-)"

    Beef stroganoff with herby pasta

    "Leacmac83, perhaps the creme fraiche split as you may have added if the sauce was boiling. Add the creme fraiche at the very just to heat through, serve immediately and use Hot plates or dishes to serve. . I use to have that problem all the time. Hope this helps. "
