"A really simple recipe that tasted lovely - I made it exactly as the recipe said and it turned out 'just right'. I served it as part of a small buffett and everyone loved it - it all went!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"This recipe is so easy to make and tastes so fresh. I used rock salmon and also used two small green chillies with a few seeds left in (I had no red chillies available) - whilst it had a kick to it it did not taste too hot. I have also double the paste ingredients and frozen it in ice cube trays. A complete novice would be able to make this curry."
