"I made this as a lemon cheesecake instead but would have left the lemon curd out as i found it far too sweet. Filling and base were lovely though."

"I made this for my partner as i dont like tomato soup, but even I loved it! Extremely easy, I also used creme fraiche instead of soured cream. Would make this again."

"The sponge was good but the icing wasnt! It came out like a sauce so I decided not to use it. The cake also took ages to cook, over an hour. I dont think i will be making this again."

"I made this yesterday and it was lovely! The only thing i changed was using 3 meduim eggs as i find 4 eggs too much and it was perfect, lovely and light. I will be using frsh cream next time in place of the buttercream, although the buttercream is nice."
