"I made this recipe from scratch. Baked my own Savoiardi, made my own mascarpone cheese because both were not available in the supermarket where I live. Ah well, but I followed the rest to the hilt and the tiramisu came out splendidly. We made enough to feed 12, but this light airy dish is almost nighing finish and only 6 people have eaten so far :) Will definitely make it again."

"I made this once as is. It was a very nice cake to have in a tea party. Recently I used this recipe as a base to make my fruit spice cake with some brandy soaked dry fruits with cinnamon, nutmeg and all spice. It was brilliant, moist and yet light. Beautiful recipe. "
