Grilled aubergine with creamy dressing

"I used the amount of yogurt specified in the recipe but used a lot less tahini paste (I used about half a teaspoon) and used about 1/4 of a clove of garlic as I'm not a huge fan of raw garlic! I also missed out the fresh coriander. It was really nice though and will make it again"

Crisp Chinese pork

"this is gorgeous, there were 2 slight problems though, firstly it was quite salty and secondly the amount of pork was far too much as its so rich you can only eat a small amount. I would definitely do it again but with a smaller piece of meat and with less salt"

Rhubarb, apple & ginger crunch trifle

"I did a few things to make this different to the recipe, firstly I didn't use ready made custard, I made my own, I didn't fold the cream into the custard, I put the cream on top of the custard (I just used 142ml to cut down on calories), I didn't use ginger wine or the ginger on top and I didn't make the crunch stuff, mainly because I didn't have the ingredients. But despite all those differences it was still gorgeous, I don't really like rhubarb but I definitely liked this "

"This is lovely and filling. Instead of using a food processor to chop the veg I grated it (and my knuckle at the same time!) and I added a lot less bacon, its just as good without the bacon though. Will definitely make this again"
