"I just made this, I didn't have any bacon so added some chopped celery with the peas etc and some grated carrot at the end. I also added a teeny bit (like 1/3 of a tsp) of tomato puree. It's good for a quick healthy lunch or snack but wouldn't want it as a proper meal"

Grilled aubergine with creamy dressing

"I used the amount of yogurt specified in the recipe but used a lot less tahini paste (I used about half a teaspoon) and used about 1/4 of a clove of garlic as I'm not a huge fan of raw garlic! I also missed out the fresh coriander. It was really nice though and will make it again"

Crisp Chinese pork

"this is gorgeous, there were 2 slight problems though, firstly it was quite salty and secondly the amount of pork was far too much as its so rich you can only eat a small amount. I would definitely do it again but with a smaller piece of meat and with less salt"
