"A real winner! Lovely dish to put on and then go off and forget whilst you have a shower etc when you get in from work. The boys were both very hungry and it disappeared without trace!"

"Made this for a Saturday night meal for the family and it was delicious! The sauce would probably work well with a variety of meats (vension for esample). The pancetta I added back into the dish when I returned the chicken to the pan. You have to try this sauce it's lovely - especially at this time of year! "

"I liked the fennel seeds adding just a hint of flavour in this. Wasn't at all over powering and certainly gave a warmth to it that made us feel cosy on a nasty autumn night. I was cooking for 3 so substituted the sausage for some mincemeat balls which I had in the freezer and added a drop more wine. Made plenty."

"Lovely receipe. Easy and full of flavours. Made it with the new potatoes and runner beans for a lovely, tasty mid-week mid-summer meal for two. One of those great Good Food receipes that you can quickly prep and leave to cook itself in the oven. Will definitely do again."
