"This is a great low cal dish if you are sneakily trying to diet without telling anyone! Also it makes a great pasta sauce on it's own. Soooo easy and good for you - what's not to like?!"

"Lovely receipe. Kids didn't appreciate the orange sections in with the gravy and the meat, but that's easy enough to remedy. I agree this would make a nice dinner party dish with duck (although that will blow it's low cal rating!) - and it's very easy to do. We had it with rice and peas - will definitely be making again."

"Ab Fab! and very, very easy (I used a pair tongs to hold the match to ignite the brandy). Delicious - when the aspargus goes out of season I'll use green beans instead and just cook them for a bit longer, great dinner party dish - very easy to cook on the night."
