"Yummy yummy yummy,really quick and easy with lovely depth of flavour. I finshed mine on the top of the stove to reduce the sauce down abit. Served with brown rice and fine beans. Don't skimp on the finishing herbs as thet really help to balance the flavours. I used palm sugar instead of soft brown."

"Used half fat creme fresh, excellent results, served it with Roast Rib of Beef and Yorkshire Puddings. Yummy"

"Great recipe, very quick and easy with excellent results. Couldn't get baby veg so used fullsized and chopped them up. Happened to have some duck stock so used that, the chilli in the bouquet garni added a subtle flavour. I served it with black beluga lentils dressed with a fresh tomatoey olive oil and lots of chopped parsley. "
