Artichokes with parmesan butter sauce

"Tried globe artichokes for the first time yesterday and was surprised at how tasty and easy to prepare they were. I made a very simple and decandant sauce of melted butter finished with a sprinkle of sea salt and they were great. "

"What a superbly easy recipe - results are amazing. I could only find olive and sun dried tomato tapenade and it was fantastic - the lamb really held up against the strong flavours. "

"These were a really substantial supper and the mixture held together really well when frying - i would make them a little thinner next time to get more of a crunch on the outside. The salad was AMAZING !"
