"OMG! Made enough for 2 portions/meals/days: yeah, right!! Scoffed the lot... As I'm trying to loose weight I did not add the bread, reduced the amount of mayo to 1,5 tbsp, added tomatoes, more garlic and loads of romaine and tossed it all to let it disperse and sink into the veg, in advance of adding the chicken breast. FA-BU-LOUS. Making my mouth water as I'm typing this and still 3 hours to lunch. Adieu boring salads, bonjour Cesar salad!"

"Tasty and easy. Used brown basmati as a healthier option (longer cooking time). And scaled it down for 2 people but still used 4 thighs in total. "

"Really yummy! As suggested I added worchestershire sauce, soya sauce and a little red wine. I used mixed herbs instead of oregano and no cinnamon (not keen). I also added some tomato puree and halved the lentils (although I will put the whole 100g next time). It was lovely. Only 400ml. Surprised that a no meat pasta sauce could be so delicious."
