"Really yummy! As suggested I added worchestershire sauce, soya sauce and a little red wine. I used mixed herbs instead of oregano and no cinnamon (not keen). I also added some tomato puree and halved the lentils (although I will put the whole 100g next time). It was lovely. Only 400ml. Surprised that a no meat pasta sauce could be so delicious."

"How simple and easy!! AND light! I get AnaNoMar's point about the salt bit: didn't add any and it is salty enough! I am going to add a potato cut up into tiny cubes: it absorbs a bit of the excess salt and will fill me up a bit more. But all the credit to you Willis: lovely! "

Lemon drizzle cake
