"Really tasty dinner, I cook this one a lot now although I do use butternut squash instead of the butter beans and I add some chorizo inside the pepper underneath the garlic and tomato. Really summery and really tasty."

"This lovely tasting cake went down very well at a family barbeque as a pudding with some cream. Think i'll try it with cherries if I do it again. Agree the cooking time was longer than stated too."

"Really nice quick dinner. I used fresh veggies rather than frozen and added it a bit later in the meal, also used balti paste. I will definately be cooking again."
