    "Beware! I made this for Christmas and kept on nibbling until I wasn't hungry anymore for the turkey dinner! If you make this, don't prepare ahead for that very same reason, or lock it up somewhere. Absolutely delicious."

    Smoked haddock salad with poached eggs & croûtons

    "Love the combination of flavours and textures! My guest unfortunately doesn't like green beans so I had to substitute them with blanched broccoli and a few cherry tomatoes, and I couldn't get hold of frisee, so I used rocket instead. I will certainly make this recipe again, it is fresh and yet very satisfying and easy to prepare."

    Caramel poached peaches with blueberries

    Tested

    "This was the first time I had made poached fruit, and the first time I caramelised sugar which I was a bit scared of. I didn't have caster sugar in the house but unrefined granulated cane sugar worked fine, and the instructions were very easy to follow. I served it warm with vanilla ice cream and it was absolutely amazing! I will make it again next time I want to impress."
