- My last supper would be... Spaghetti but only if I could cook it myself. Boring but true - I could eat it every day, probably because I loved the way my mother cooked it when I was a child.

- If I am not cooking I'm... Watching ice hockey
- The best meal I've eaten was... Lobster, on an island off Cannes. My latest best meal was smoked salmon with sourbread dough toast, with organic ale, eaten with a good friend in High Street Ken's M&S's Deli Bar.
