"This was the the first time I've made a summer pud and I will definately do so again. I put in some grapes rather than the redcurrants and they worked well. Give it a go!"

"Really delicious - especially warm with custard. I used less ground almonds than the recipe suggested too as they are not my favourite and it was really yummy."
