"I love this rice and so do my dad and my boyfriend. It's so versatile, I end up making it all the time! I especially like to serve with mince-stuffed-peppers or chicken kebabs."

Classic prawn cocktail

"I use this sauce all the time now when I make prawn cocktail and it never fails to impress. It's definitely worth using this instead of shop-bought thousand island. I mix the sauce with prawns, then spoon the mixture into halve and stoned avocados and serve with brown bread!"

"I love this and it's now become one of my dad's favourite meals! I serve it with s a simple home-made vegetable curry. This take me a lot longer than 40 minutes though and I only ever make it when I've got lots of time on my hands! Very impressive dish though, much prefer it to the local takeaway!"
