"Added ham, mushroom, peppers & red onions. Was very delicious. My only quibble was the tomato sauce. There was a bit too much garlic. i think I'd add more Basil & a sprinkling of sugar too sweeten."

"Made this today & went down very well. Maybe the sauce was a bit too sweet for me though although no one lese complained as their mouths were too full. Otherwise was fabulous. Made double the toffee sauce & poured some over as others suggested. yummy!"

"Finally got around to making these on Saturday. I couldn't find a pastry cutter, so used a mug. It was the nearest I had. They came out a bit on the large side, so needed a bit longer. However, myself & my partner loved them. I'll definitely be making them again, just smaller."

"Made this yesterday. I only had 210g of parsnips so just replaced the remainder with another apple. Having it after tea tonight. The only off putting thing for me is using marscapone, as will have to eat up pretty quickly. I may use vanilla or maple flavoured butter vrean next time. Very moist & tasty though."

"I think I was having a bad day. I over heated the treacle mixture, realised after 50 minutes I'd set the oven at 160 degrees instead of 180, and to top it off, it sank in the middle. However, on a brighter note, it tastes delicious. : )"
