"Lovely tasting moist cake, but found it needed more cooking time, as when I thought it was done after 50 mins, it started to sink and was still oily in the centre, another 10 mins in a hotter oven done the trick! I used the icing, which worked well, but even the kids said it was a little too sweet, would work just as well without."
