"I used this recipe as a base recipe for my husband and my mum to try (I don't eat meat). They absolutely loved it. I used madras curry paste and added broccoli and cauliflower. I'd had a couple of glasses of wine before I started cooking so can't remember the quantities of anything I used but I'm going to attempt to do it again tonight. My mum and husband are really looking forward to it!"
