"For my Champagne cocktail I use: 1 sugar cube placed in the bottom of the flute. Pour in a few drops of Angostura Bitters- the sugar cubes absorb this. Add enough Cointreau to cover the sugar cubes. Top up with Champagne This is a quite a strong drink, very good for greeting guests! "
