"These really aren't that much work and turn out brilliantly. I also got much cudos for making my own bread! Loved the spice paste but I think you'd need to make a lot to make it work in blender it just got stuck round the sides. I think I might invest in a spice grinder."

"I did the aubergines in the oven as suggested and it was good. I also agree about popping the tomatoes in a bit earlier so they have time to burst. To stop the aubergines burning I stuck in some veg stock in which made it a bit more moist (but maybe a bit more mushy?) I served this as one part of a big vegitarian meal (flat bread, dhal, salad, asian potatoes) which was lovely, I don't know how interesting it would have been on it's own. I'd think about putting a squeeze of lime over it next time but I do like sour food!"

"I've made this a couple of times on a pizza stone now, it's great! It makes the base really crispy. I've tried it with chorizo and olives and I'm going to try a florentina tomorrow :-)"

"I didn't stick to the exact quantities so maybe I didn't get the best out of this but i found it a bit bland. I think it needs a fair bit of dill and lots of the dressing. I also added some toasted pine nuts which was nice."

"I got half way through this and realised it was going to be a bit dull so I added a teaspoon of ground cumin and one of groung corriander with the turmeric. I also liquidised the cream. onion and chili mixture and added some chicken stock to make the sauce smooth. It was really tasty but i still could have done wth more flavour."
