"Have made this about 4 times now and each time it's tasted gorgeous. I made it as a cake as opposed to a loaf, and sandwiched it together with the icing. It's a real favourite with everyone."

"Very simple and quick to make, but delicious. I added onions at the beginning, and reduced the amount of sweet potato. This is now one of our favourite meals."

"I made this for my husband's birthday, and it went down a treat. If I can make it then anyone can, it was really straight forward. I used a mixture of milk and plain chocolate, and also only used 300g of sugar, and it was still gorgeous. Will definately be making it again."
