"A great weekend lunch - quick to make despite the instructions seeming a bit fiddly. I didn't have any chives so used spring onions instead and made a bit more of the dressing by thinning down the mayo with a dash of lemon juice and water. Served with oatmeal bread and a tomato salad - definitely one to make again. "

"Really enjoyed this recipe for something a bit different to do with chicken and pasta. Kept the recipe pretty much the same although I made it for 2 people. My top tip would be a small baking dish as mine was just a bit too big and meant the sauce kind of evaporated a bit! I served it with tagliatelle, grilled asparagus and salad. "

"We really enjoyed this recipe and served it with spinach couscous for a bit of a different meal. I made a big batch in my slow cooker and so bought stewing lamb. LOads of it got cut off as really fatty, so I added a 400g can of chickpeas to up the protein. I also didn't have any fresh mint so used mint sauce instead. We froze half, so the second time round I did some tweaking. I chopped up the apricots and added some dried mint. I also added a pinch of chilli flakes which really lifted the dish. "

"Enjoyed this a lot although it took about 40 mins to cook as I did it in an oval Pyrex baking dish rather than a shallow frying pan. V tasty - I added a couple of rashers of smoky bacon I needed to use up. Also reheated well for lunch the next day. "

"These are the best butterfly cakes I have ever made! They look and taste delicious but are really easy to do. The marscapone and lemon curd is a particular winner. "
