"This is a wonderful dessert, but you need plenty of room to enjoy. It's really filling but totally delicious. The recipe has been past on to lots of friends who just love it. Treat yourself!"

"This was made for a good supper after standing outside watching the local rugby team. It was really warming to come home to. Didn't change any of the ingredients and it was a pleasure to prepare. The hint of sweetness of the redcurrant jelly added to the flavour."

"Well worth the effort. I made it the morning of our dinner party and then gently heated through whilst having main course. Really delicious served with clotted cream or a good vanilla ice cream."
