Mincemeat custard pies

"These are brilliant! Delicious and everybody loved them. I made 8 batches last Christmas and they were devoured instantly. Even my mum who usually only says 'just the one' ate 6."

Roasted tomato, basil & Parmesan quiche

"Parmasan can just be added into the egg mixture to make easier and stop the chances of it burning on top. Excellent and recipe can be doubled for large dishes."

Yummy scrummy carrot cake

"This is a brilliant cake which I make again and again. Can be made as a tranditional round sandwich cake by making recipe and a half and is delicious with icing made from cream cheese, lemon zest, juice and icing sugar. Always moist and improves after a day of being stored."
