"Easy peasy, wicked pudding! Make sure your dish is big enough - the first time I made this I used one too small and wasn't able to fit all the toffee liquuid in which was a shame. Second time I used the right size - its so gooey! The apples are best if they are sharp cooking apples to cut through the sweetness. Almost a steamed pudding constistency. Will definately keep this as a regular - tastes just as delicious warmed up the next day."

"Great, rich, choc cake - I made it for my 3r old daughters b'day. However it needed 2 hours to cook and there was no way i could cut it into 3 layers - just cut it in half. Its amazing the next day warmed and served with pouring cream. I will try it again just to see my friends faces as they vague out on a chocolate high."

"I think I used too much cream cheese (didn't have mascarpone) and the pastry went soggy underneath. Next time i'll use less and make them smaller which should make them crispier. All in all good recipe, my boyfriend loved it!"

Toulouse sausage & butter bean casserole

"Delicious! A really easy and very tasty dish - I don't even like sausages that much but used ones with high % of meat and good bacon and it was great. Will definately cook again."

"Fantastic easy recipe - use the darkest and best plain chocolate possible and you will not be disapointed! Be careful not to cook over 25 mins as outside becomes a little hard. Delicious, easy, fast and my 3yr old was in heaven licking the spoon! "
