"We love cheesecake and the creamy cheesecake bit was delicious but the base did not work out too well - it became soggy so the beauty of the hazelnuts were lost . Don't know why. Anyone else have that problem?"

"I made this for a family celebration. If you follow the step by step instructions it will look exactly like the picture. The redcurrants were not in season so I used a bit of imagination. We noticed the cake tasted better and better as each day went by. Impressive."

"Absolutely delicious. This recipe was tried out by 3 women for a local party and it went down a storm. I would say it is fiddly so not the quickest of things to prepare but well worth the effort. "
