"Excellent, Used chicken stock instead of the veg stock, added 2 cloves garlic, 2 small chillies and a bit of parmesan, really nothing like the original but really good and would definitely make again. "

"Very Nice, enjoyed by all, added a couple of cloves of garlic and ommited the olive oil as the chorizo releases enough oil's when cooked."

"I agree with your butcher, that's definitely not skirt in the picture, I would say it looks more like Rump tail(Tri Tip) or Picanha(Rump cap).Hope that helps. "
