"I've just cooked this, using plenty of parmesan and a generous grinding of black pepper. We enjoyed it, and as it was quick, easy and contains my partner's favourite ingredient (prawns), I think this will become a regular. "

"I've just made this (using rapeseed oil rather than groundnut oil) and it is delicious. I would definitely use this rather than buy a french dressing."

"I've just tried this and it was delicious! I agree with the comments about reducing the amount of liquid (I would cut out the water) as I had to simmer it for longer than stated to stop it being too sloppy. I'm looking forward to making this again and making enough to put a few portions in the freezer."

"I've just made these and added half a teaspoon of crushed chillies for a bit of zing. They're lovely (even my other half who is completely veg-phobic said that he liked them!). This recipe does make a lot so I now have a stock of them in the freezer."

"I made this but added some fried, cubed pancetta. It was very good - it seems that this is a recipe that you could keep tweaking depending on what you have in your fridge to make it seem like several different dishes."
