    Moroccan fish with couscous

    "Liked this very much - I had to leave the skin on the fish as the fillets looked like they'd fall apart but this didn't cause any problem. I might add chickpeas next time to bulk it up a bit as it was quite a light meal (for two big eaters)."

    "I can't wait to taste this once it has aged! I couldn't find baby onions and settled for some shallots that I cut into 1cm pieces. I nearly filled 12 one pound jars - a real shame that the last 4/5ths full jar isn't going to make it to the cupboard. These are to go in hampers I make for the family for Christmas."

    "This is apple pie perfection. I'm not very experienced at making pastry but this was the absolute business. Warm pie with cold custard is my favoured combination - I almost inhaled it! For me the sugar and cinnamon levels were spot on. "

    "Truly wonderful cake, it has a real wow! factor - it manages to be light and moist and rich and zingy all at the same time. I'd seen a similar recipe that added lemon juice to the batter and I added about 3tbsp. The one I baked yesterday was supposed to be for me to take to work but it is practically all gone, I'm off to the shops for more butter and icing sugar - it is a good thing it was so easy!"

    "Loved this dish! - I didn't deviate from the main recipe. It is an amazingly savoury perfect supper dish - in moments. I fear it could be habit forming (but walnuts *are* a super-food, aren't they????)"
